• Living Area: The villa features a cozy air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV, designed for relaxation and family gatherings. 

• Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, and cutlery. Guests can cook, order in, or request meals from the caretaker/cook (ingredients at actuals). The dining area seats up to 8 guests, adjoining the kitchen for convenient family-style meals.

• Caretaker: Dedicated caretaker available from 9 AM to 6 PM for daily housekeeping and guest assistance, including groceries and essentials. Towels and linen provided and replenished every 3 nights to help conserve water.  

• Parking: Parking is not available inside the gated community, but guests may park outside in the common public area. 

Please note : Being situated in a peaceful, slightly secluded location, the property may have limited mobile network coverage. Wi-Fi is available for guests, although speeds may fluctuate depending on network conditions. Occasional interruptions to calls or internet services may occur.
