Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation

• Cancellations made 21 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• Any cancellations made within 21 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Peak Dates / Long Weekends

• Bookings during 22nd December to 4th January are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Amendments & Cancellations After Check-In

• No amendments or cancellations are allowed after check-in.
• Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once check-in has occurred.

Refund Policy

• In case of cancellation as per the policy, refund will be processed within 72 working hours.
• Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as a no-show & no refund will be given.
• No refund will be given in case of an Act of God, etc.
