Term And Condition

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM (Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability)

  • Loud music is not permitted after 9:00 PM to maintain neighbours’ comfort and privacy.

  • Children must not be left unattended around the pool area.

  • Pool Timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • The property manager is available for assistance, but guests are requested to respect their working hours.

  • The maximum occupancy limit must be strictly followed.

  • Housekeeping is done daily; linen is changed on alternate days.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

  • A security deposit will be collected at check-in and refunded within 48 hours after check-out.

  • Any breakage or loss of items will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • The property reserves the right to cancel bookings if required.
