House Rules

Check-in: 3:00pmCheck-out: 11:00am (Late check-out / early check-in, is subject to availability)We love music; however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00pm.  Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.  Pool Hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm  The property manager would be available in case of any issues, but we do have to respect their working hours as well.  Number of occupants are to be strictly followed.  The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home however provisions have been made in the outdoor space; you can use these spaces according to your convenience.  Please note that room cleaning services are available once a day between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. Kindly inform us a day prior in advance to schedule your preferred time.  Security deposit of ₹5000 will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check-out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from the security deposit which will be collected on arrival.The property holds the right to cancel any bookings if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation:

Cancellations made 21 days before the check–in date are eligible for a full refund
Any cancellations made within 21 days of the check-in date are non-refundable

Peak Dates/Long Weekends:

Bookings during these dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Amendments & Cancellations After Check-In:
No amendments or cancellations are allowed after check-in. Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once check-in has occurred
