• Booking Integrity: Please ensure the guest count and group composition provided during booking are accurate. We cannot grant access to individuals who were not part of the original reservation.
• Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the serene environment, loud music must end by 10:00 PM.
• No Parties: We have a strict no-party policy. The villa is intended for residential stays and peaceful gatherings only.
• Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Outdoor Only: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas (balconies and lawns).
• Indoor Fine: A cleaning fee of INR 10,000 will be charged if smoking occurs inside the villa to cover deodorizing and cleaning costs.
• A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in to cover potential damages or missing items.

• Pet Essentials: Please bring your own pet bedding, towels, and toys. Pets are not permitted on villa furniture or beds.
• Hygiene & Cleaning:
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste immediately.
• Please ensure your pet's paws and fur are cleaned/dried before they re-enter the villa from the outdoors.
• Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended. Please supervise them closely outdoors, especially at night, to avoid wildlife or other hazards.
